Level 4 - Minor or Insignificant
These errors are defects which do not considerably affect the usability of the Products. Reaction time: Within 2 days after receipt of the error message.
Level 3 - Non-Production Error
Either important functions of the Products are not available, however a workaround is available OR less significant functions are not available without a reasonable workaround being available. Reaction time: Within 8 hours after receipt of the error message.
Level 2 - Production Impacting
Important functions of the Products are not available and require satisfactory error remedies or at least a workaround to be carried out. The implementation or the operational use of the Products is not interrupted, however, seriously influences the efficiency of the customer. Reaction time: Within 4 hours after receipt of the error message.
Level 1 - Production Stopping
The operational use of the Products is either interrupted or seriously disturbed so that it is not considered acceptable for the customer to continue its operation. vjoon will assist in finding workarounds for such errors to ensure production. Reaction time: Within 2 hours after receipt of the error message.
