The Support Helpdesk is monitored from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday through Friday (except U.S. Federal holidays). Tickets submitted outside of these hours will be handled during the next business day.

    To view, reply to, or search your existing tickets

    Select the My Tickets tab:
    • From the Status menu, select the desired ticket status. From the Created By menu, select You to see tickets created by you or Team to see tickets created by anyone in your company.
    • To open a ticket from the ticket list, select the subject line of the ticket.
    • To reply to a ticket once it is opened, select the Reply icon.
    • To set the Status of a ticket to Closed, open it and select the Close Ticket button at the bottom of the right hand Properties column.
    • To scroll through your tickets once a ticket is open, select the Previous or Next buttons at the bottom of the open ticket window.
    • To search your tickets, type in the Search Tickets field and press the Return key.

      To submit a new ticket

      Select the Submit a Ticket link from plus-sign icon in the menu bar:
      Fill out the required information and select the Submit button. Please select the appropriate Priority when submitting your ticket. Support staff may change the Priority after evaluating the ticket.
      Level 4 - Minor or Insignificant
      These errors are defects which do not considerably affect the usability of the Products. Reaction time: Within 2 days after receipt of the error message.

      Level 3 - Non-Production Error
      Either important functions of the Products are not available, however a workaround is available OR less significant functions are not available without a reasonable workaround being available. Reaction time: Within 8 hours after receipt of the error message.

      Level 2 - Production Impacting
      Important functions of the Products are not available and require satisfactory error remedies or at least a workaround to be carried out. The implementation or the operational use of the Products is not interrupted, however, seriously influences the efficiency of the customer. Reaction time: Within 4 hours after receipt of the error message.

      Level 1 - Production Stopping
      The operational use of the Products is either interrupted or seriously disturbed so that it is not considered acceptable for the customer to continue its operation. vjoon will assist in finding workarounds for such errors to ensure production. Reaction time: Within 2 hours after receipt of the error message.
